Description: Now Hiring: Technical Analyst - Desktop
Lisa is one of the Technical Analysts for our desktop computers. She provides administration, implementation, and support of our desktop and telecommunications infrastructure, including support services in AS/400, Windows 2000/XP, UNIX, and telecommunications. She installs software, hardware, and peripherals, maintains the corporate desktop and laptop infrastructure, provides on-call support, and handles regular testing and maintenance of our systems environment. She came to us with a diploma in Computer Systems, two years related work experience, and an A+ certification (which she didn't need to get the job, but which was great to see). She also had working knowledge of all the relevant systems: AS/400, Windows 2000/2003/XP, UNIX, Nortel PBX, Symposium, Call Pilot, etc. But what really made her stand out was her communication and customer service skills. She has the unique ability to make technical support an enjoyable experience for everyone involved.
Plus, it doesn't hurt that she regularly brings homemade cinnamon-donuts for the whole office to share.
