Good Understanding of Retail Concepts.
Conducting the TNA for the Frontline and Backoffice staff
Description: To deliver induction training to prepare new heirs before joining onsite.
To deliver selling skills training to maximize sales abilities
To deliver soft skills training to give the frontlines tools & strategies to maximize the customers experience
To format & translate the training materials from English to Indian & vice versa to be conducted in different countries as per need
To enhance the training tools i.e. videotapes, exercises, games…etc used by trainers within internal training courses to update training approaches as per the latest standards
To prepare training reports to test the training effectiveness .
To prepare training reports to test the trainees competencies level & recommendations .
? To keep log of all the training contents delivered either internally or externally to monitor content evolution .
? To liaise with the training coordinators either internally or externally to execute training plans & schedules effectively.
? To produce and prepare monthly/periodical reports and statistics related to update management with current training status & development programs
