Responsible for evaluating new products in call center technologies, as well as call center adjunct technologies such as multi-site virtual operations, web integration, and multi-media functionality. Required Qualifications:
' Administer Avaya based telecommunication systems and applications including related hardware and software, future designs, implementations, configurations, capacity planning, and optimization
' Experience in complex multi-site high-volume call center environments
' Extensive experience with IP call center technologies - virtual call centers, IP call centers, and soft phones
' Experience creating call flow scripts based on business needs
' Working knowledge of skills based elements, agent scoring, reporting (standard and custom)
' Working knowledge of call center applications environments, CTI, CRM, Workforce Management, Business Advocate, Call Accounting, ECHI
' Competency and experience with IP Technologies, Networking (LAN, WAN) routing, and various data switching protocols
' Experience with telecommunications billing analysis and cost saving approaches
' Proficient in the management and documentation of large and small scale projects
' Participate in weekly on-call rotation
' 5+ years of current job experience in the call center telecommunications environment
' Bachelor Degree - Computer Engineering or equivalent
' Demonstrated ability to, work independently under pressure in a fast-paced and multi-tasking environment, communicate effectively, work well with others, use productive work methods, exercise sound judgment, display initiative, and innovation on the job.
' Good analytical skills with a proven history of picking up new skills fast
' Ability to follow policies and procedures
