Tech Support / Testing Lead (Telecom VAS)
at Convergence Labs in Hyderabad, Andhra Pradesh
Summary: -We are looking for Technical Support / Testing Lead with good communication skills from Telecom VAS background with 4 - 5 Years experience who can lead a team of 3-4 members
-He should be Process Oriented, ITIL or equivalent certified
-Should have implement atleast one cycle of Tech support Testing chain process or worked on such elements
Description: -Plan the Tests, Write the test cases and logically strong
-Need to have exposure in Voice / Data / Web Gateways
-Hands on experience in Open source tools
-Need to have exposure in Linux, MYSQL, MSSQL, Oracle
-Need to use QTP, Load or Performance testing
