Field Service Manager, Water Technologies

Summary: Responsibilities:
* Oversee service and parts operations, maintain shop controls
* Lead and motivate service to top performance: hiring, performance evaluation, employee development, communications including individual coaching and staff meetings
* Promote CSI results through employee training, customer interaction and effective resolution of escalated customer issues
* Work in close coordination with Sales to ensure effective operation of branch
* Oversee building maintenance issues
* Oversee daily operations. Insure the repairs are performed according to the company's standards and are delivered on time.
* Maintain complete fleet of company trucks
* Continue to develop a safety culture and reporting
* Manage the branch income statement and achieve budgeted revenue, expense and profit
Qualifications
* College diploma, preferably in a business-related discipline, or equivalent experience
* 5- 7 years experience in a management or supervisory role
* Computer Skills - MS office, SAP,
* Proven ability to motivate and manage a diverse employee-base
* Excellent organizational and prioritization skills
* Ability to perform under pressure and pay attention to detail
* Must have excellent oral and written communication skills
* Ability to foster and deliver exceptional customer service through the team
* Valid Drivers License
