Joint Stock Telecommunications Company Telekom Srbija a.d. with its head office in Belgrade, Takovska 2, was incorporated as a joint stock company in June 1997. Since 2003, Telekom Srbija a.d. has been owned by two shareholders: PE PTT Traffic Srbija and OTE Greece. PE PTT Traffic Srbija, i.e. the Republic of Serbia as the founder, has retained the “Golden Share” on the basis of which it has the right to veto on all strategic decisions of the Managing Board.
